Ozone Disinfection – How does it work?

The ozone air purifier creates O3 (ozone) particles in a special process that utilises an electrical current and oxygen, from our air. O3 sanitizes by breaking down odours, micro-organisms and other pollutants at their source as it oxidises them. As O3 is very unstable, it tries to turn itself into O2 as quick as possible, while the other ‘O’ particle attaches to the odour/pollutant.
